The Team Approach
At Rectory, our faculty are legendary. By "legendary" we mean teachers who have a profound impact on the lives of their students, the kind of impact that lasts a lifetime. We recognize that young people learn best when surrounded by adults who believe they can succeed. Our faculty are committed to a classroom culture of questioning and deep thinking, in which all children learn from shared discussions with their teachers and peers. In addition, the school community values relationships with families and respects communication and input by inviting parents to share their knowledge of their child, by keeping parents informed of what is happening at school, and welcoming them to participate in their child's educational experience.
Our faculty walk alongside each child by guiding and supporting them to be their best selves, and are our cornerstone. We are proud to have a diverse, experienced and dedicated elementary and related arts faculty guiding the children each day. At Rectory, we want each child to realize that they are unique and together, we are a community!
I am what I am because of who we all are.
